Shipping Updates!

Good news everybody!
We received a bunch of emails and messages about shipping, so to save time (I've been riddled with flu recently!) I thought I would give everyone the news and explanation over an update. Don't worry, it'll be short and its all good news!
UK, Europe and the Rest of the World
All orders have been handed to couriers! This means that it is all down to how long it takes your local mail service to deliver. UK orders should be arriving in the next 3 days, EU and ROW will be longer, anywhere from a week to two If you are in any of these areas and haven't received your order by this time, let us know.
I know some people in these areas did not receive an email prior as we previously mentioned, this shouldn't effect your shipment and your order should still be on its way, If you don't receive it within the above timeline, contact us again!
America and Canada
Your orders should start shipping shortly, now that emails have gone out. You should all hear directly from Ship quest, but expect your orders in the near future.
We cannot wait for people to get their hands on the book! We will update when we get confirmation that orders start arriving, as well as a peak into whats next from Unlimited Realms Ltd!

Hey everyone, hope everyone is well and enjoying a great start to the New Year!
Shipping Hiccups fixed!
You have all been amazing, letting us know if you have received emails from Ship quest about the shipping of your order. For those affected, we really appreciate letting us know so we could share the information with the distribution team and had been vital with sorting out the issue.
The delay has happened because there was the shipping data that we had exported and sent to them. Essentially some orders that should have been excluded from the shipping data, was still included (cancelled orders, etc). This was a mistake by Dave and I, but after a furious week of double and triple checking, this has now been resolved and corrected. Everyone should now begin to see emails come through in the coming days, with orders beginning to ship shortly after.
Learning from our Mistakes
With this, I wanted to take a moment to thank you again for all your patience. Quite rightly we know some people have become frustrated with the delays that have happened in this project and I want you all to know we hear you. Dave and I took on this challenge as just a two man team, and while we had some amazing help from friends and great members of this TTRPG community, I think we underestimated the task we had set out for ourselves. You all made Cyran's a MASSIVE success and we did not want to let you down. We refused to compromise on the book, wanting to deliver a product that could compete with those from companies far more experienced and far bigger than us and I think in terms of a finished product, I think we succeeded, and when you finally get the finished product in your hands, we hope you do too!
That said, our ambition meant that many things have gone wrong along the way, particularly when it comes to logistics and shipping. But I want to reassure you, we have learnt from our mistakes. To help with future logistical issues, I have gotten help from an expert to make sure we finish strong. We have been building relationships with the teams that have helped pull us through, this means that we are better prepared and ready to deal with issues. If we get the opportunity to continue this journey (at the moment our focus is on getting Cyran's into your hands, rather than whether we can do more projects in the future) these lessons and people will be with us on day one to make sure you can rely on us to deliver on our goals.
In short, we love you guys, and we cannot wait for the Walking Marketplace to come rumbling into your campaigns. Thanks for keeping with us.

This is a short but very exciting update. I can confirm that distribution is now underway in all hubs! This means your pledges should begin arriving in a short time! As mentioned before, for more specific details, keep an eye on the Gamequest blogs here: https://www.gamesquest.co.uk/blogs/gamesquest-blog With their first update of 2024 coming tomorrow, you should be able to see progress there!

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick, but very exciting update! We can now confirm that the books have arrived at UK and AUS hubs. This means that we can confirm that we are reaching the last part of our distribution journeys!
As for the US hub, we know the books have been dropped off in the US, but we have yet to receive confirmation that they have been processed as yet., however, understandable, a number of you had been requesting an update, so here it is!
Now from this point of the process, we hand over to our wonderful distribution team at ShipQuest. While we can of course help out if you have any issues, they actually post updates on shipping on their blog below, along with updates on all their projects:

Now, although shipments are arriving in hubs, please understand it might take a few days until it pops up as ready, as they must process the shipment, scan everything, and begin putting together orders!

Good News Everyone!
Yes, we have officially got confirmation that the pledges have been booked in and the shipping process is underway! In fact things were finalized last week, however we were holding off hoping to get some timelines and things for you, unfortunately we still have not had any confirmation on that. However, we did not want to keep you in the dark, so yes, the shipping process has begun. Once we have some timelines, maybe some trackable info, we will update you again.
I know this update is incredibly short, but we know that you've all been eager to hear when this process would begin, so rest assured, your pledges are on the move. These will now be shipped to distribution hubs and then sent directly to your addresses.
This does mean, we need any changes of address as soon as possible, as once the pledges are at the Hubs, we will be unable to change anything. We have received a few requests to update addresses over the last few days, if we havent responded yet, do not worry, our team has been a bit ill over the weekend, so havent been able to reply to everyone yet, but do know, if you have emailed us, we will be able to update your details and you should hear from us in the next day or so.
Again, thank you again for all your support, please keep an eye on this page for more details on the shipping process in the following weeks, but until then, do know that the final countdown has begun!
